Do you enjoy creating delicious meals for your family and friends? If so, you’re in the right place! Cooking is an art that requires creativity, precision, and passion. Whether you’re making a simple pasta dish or a complex gourmet meal, it requires you to put your heart and soul into every dish you create.
In my Program, all my recipes are vegan, not because I am trying enforce that on others, but because I just don’t cook with meat, nor fish and haven’t done so since I was at child at school. My recipes are creative and tasty and full of nutrients.
When I was teaching in Scotland, the dietary targets were taught in schools, but never reached and when I would ask my students why, they said what we already know, they eat what they like to eat! That’s the truth of the matter so making small changes step by step can help over time.

PASTA
Most of my students love making pasta dishes and I enjoy teaching them to mix it with a range of vegetables of their choice. Pasta bake is their favourite and macaroni and cheese. So teaching them different sauces other than cheese shows them different sauce techniques.
CARROTS
Knife skills is something that comes with practice like anything else. Teaching students in groups to chop up different vegetables then making a dish out of them, even a coleslaw or batons of carrots, can help them appreciate the benefits of eating more vegetables.
